It was a privilege to have Rio as a member of the Global Design team at Cognizant. He is a highly efficient individual, one who strives for design greatness and always brings an infectious, positive attitude to the team and to every project. Rio is keen on the latest design trends and is always looking for ways to push the creative envelope while aligning to brand standards and guidelines. Rio was the one designer who I never had to worry about delivering on time with enough room for everyone involved to review with confidence and ease. When the request came for an art director lead for our APAC division, there was no other person I considered. I knew Rio would welcome this challenge and deliver. His unique, clean, modern style was always in demand by many across the company. After successfully performing on this responsibility, which included executions for print, web, UX/UI, social media, and branding spaces for corporate events, I, unfortunately, did not have enough Rio’s to go around! He sets a great example for the rest of the team to aspire to. Rio’s patience, trustworthiness, friendly personality, and enthusiasm are added bonuses to his exceptional design and art direction talent. I would highly recommend Rio to work at any company!

As the Project Manager for the Brand and Creative team, I had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Rio on numerous projects from creative conception to delivery for four years. During our time working on the same team, Rio consistently demonstrated his talent and creative point of view through all his work. All while ensuring, he was adhering to the corporate brand guidelines. It's because of his extensive design skills and years of experience that I found he was able to repeatedly deliver our corporate message visually. From the point of view of a project manager, he is an ideal colleague to have as part of the team. Rio and I worked together at Erwin Penland where he helped me guide the creative vision on two key brands Verizon and CIT Bank. I recently worked closely with Rio on a large photoshoot in LA.
